I bring over 35 years of experience in sales, marketing, and organizational development. My work centers on building healthy, high-performing cultures that retain talent, strengthen customer loyalty, and exceed revenue goals. I have advised start-ups, global brands, non-profits, and long-established organizations—earning the trust of CEOs, owners, Boards, and executive teams.

I began my career with a graduate degree in Counseling Psychology from Temple University, a foundation that deeply informs my leadership style. I later built my business career from the ground up, eventually serving in the C-suite as Chief Marketing Officer for luxury hotels and the world’s first luxury space tourism company.

I am thoughtful, fearless, and deeply human in my approach—qualities that allow me to lead sensitive change with credibility and grace.  

Outside of work, I teach yoga and mindfulness in domestic violence shelters and jails, hike and cross-country ski, travel with my yoga mat, cook enthusiastically, and am a devoted dog mom to Lola.
